1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dialmate AI (“the Platform”), including DialScan Hub, Korra, DialStream, DialOut, and Vox (collectively “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share your account with others or use another user’s account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at sayanpm17@gmail.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content to DialScan Hub.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our AI models or APIs.
Use the Platform for unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
Circumvent plan limits or authentication mechanisms through technical means.
Use our Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

5. Plans, Billing & Refunds

Free and paid plans are available. Paid plans are billed via Stripe.
Plan limits (document counts, Q&A queries) are enforced per your selected tier.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of billing.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any documents, content, or data you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Dialmate AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and analyse it solely for the purpose of providing the Services you request. We do not use your private documents to train general AI models without your explicit consent.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services integrate with Google (Gmail, Drive), GitHub, GitLab, Stripe, and Microsoft Azure. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or data practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, UI design, and AI infrastructure that powers Dialmate AI are the property of Evango Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialmate AI and Evango Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or a banner on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
